Shipping Information:

Once approved and you have confirmation that we’ve received your artwork / proof approval, we process your order and it’s shipped within 7 to 10 business days in most cases. On occasion, unforeseen delays happen and we cannot fulfill your order within that time.  We know that you are anxious to get your product and we make every effort to make sure it happens in a timely fashion however we cannot guarantee delivery times.

FREE SHIPPING applies to all orders over $150 (before taxes and setup charges) being shipped to the 48 contiguous US states.  Orders ship UPS Standard Ground or FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified.

Production Time:

Standard production time is 7 to 10 business days from artwork/ proof approval, however there may be delays due to unforeseen issues.

Rush 48-hour service is available on many items for an additional $25. Check the details section of the item you’re interested in to see if rush service is available. If it’s not indicated, please click the live chat or give us a call to confirm.

Once approved, your order will be scheduled for production and no changes can be made to the product, color, quantity or artwork

Artwork Proof

The proof is for your benefit. It is the only opportunity that you have to confirm that there are no errors to your imprint or product selection before it is scheduled for production. It is your responsibility to check it carefully before approving it.

Within 24 hours, we will confirm that we received your artwork / proof approval and your order is in progress. If you do not receive a confirmation that we’ve received your proof within 24 hours please assume that we have not and you need to follow up with us. You MUST CONTACT US immediately to insure that your order will be scheduled for production. 

Returns / Refunds

Blue Apple Promotions is a leader in customer service and we want to insure that we give you the attention that you deserve. On occasion however, we do make errors and every effort will be made to make sure that the mistake is corrected as soon as possible.  If you receive the wrong product, we’ve imprinted your product with different information than what you’ve approve on your proof or you receive defective product, you must contact our office with 5 days of receipt. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number that must be clearly marked on the outside of your package as well as the noted inside of the box. We are not responsible for the shipping cost of your returned product or whether your package gets lost. For this reason we highly recommend that you ship your returned product using UPS or FedEx and hold on to your tracking number. Shipping cost is not refundable. Your returned product will be inspected to insure the validity of your claim and then scheduled to reprinting. Please allow 10 days, once we’re received your product, to process your claim. You will be notified by email once this your claim has been approved and your product will be scheduled for replacement.

We do not take responsibility for any errors made on the part of you the customer. There will be absolutely no returns on orders that were imprinted incorrectly due to a typographical error at time of order submission or you approved a proof that was incorrect in any way. We take every measure to make sure that we send you a proof with the exact imprint that you requested on your order however it is your responsibility to make insure that it is free of any errors. The layout of your imprint on the product will be at the discretion of one of our graphic artists and we will not accept returns on orders that you didn’t like the layout or style that was chosen for your order.

Product colors will appear different depending on which screen you are viewing it on. We cannot control the color our products appear on your screen and as a result we cannot accept any returns on an item based on variation of color.

Blank / non-personalized product can be returned within 10 days of receipt but it is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be received by our returns department in re-sellable condition. No damaged or incomplete order will be accepted. Please make sure that you package your order in way that it will not be damaged on its way back to us. We recommend you return your item using UPS or FedEx and hold on to your tracking number. We cannot responsible for any package that is lost in transit. The Return Authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of your package. No package will be accepted without the Return Authorization number.

Replacement Ink Refills – old ink refills must be returned to us prior to any replacement ink refills will be sent. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number from customer service and it must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Your original order number will be required to receive your Return Authorization Number so please keep it in a safe place.

FREE Setup for Repeat Orders – All repeat orders receive free setup however the product must be of equal of greater value. The imprint must be exactly the same as your original order with no changes or modification of any kind. We keep your artwork on file for 3 years but once it’s purged from our system, this offer is no longer valid.
